At CFIM, we understand one of the fundamentals of a successful relationship is the act of engagement. Seasoned CFIM physicians are engaged with our partners ensuring there is continual communication regarding patient care in skilled nursing homes, long term care, assisted and independent living facilities.

Family Podiatry of Central Florida was founded in 2007 by Dr. Albert Kaplan. Since then, we have grown to six podiatrists rendering care in both the Advent Health and Orlando Health hospital systems, ambulatory surgical centers, wound care centers, 40 skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and two offices. 

Psych Health Associates (PHA) is a behavioral health care group, powered by Spectrum Medical Partners, that provides quality and compassionate psychiatric care to residents residing in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
