Luetkemeyer has over 25 years of experience in building and developing physician business models, operationalizing distribution channels and building scale into the operation. Luetkemeyer has experience in growing development stage companies, securing growth capital, implementing controls and corporate governance while focusing on a principled growth strategy.

As President of Growth Plan Strategies he was contracted in a consultative capacity for one of the original Accountable Care Organizations approved by CMS as part of the Pioneer Program. Prior to founding Growth Plan Strategies he served as Chief Executive Officer for Vein Associates of America the country’s fastest growing medical management company specializing in the field of Phlebology. Mr. Luetkemeyer increased the market reach of Vein Associates from one location in Oviedo, Florida to multiple locations in seven states and took the company public allowing for a tradable currency for acquisition prospects. Prior to Vein Associates Luetkemeyer served as Vice President of Finance for Leavitt Management Group, the country's largest provider of Dermatological Services and the leading provider of surgical Hair Restoration with $140 million in gross revenues.

Luetkemeyer began his career with HealthSouth Corp., a multi-billion dollar international medical corporation. HealthSouth is the world’s largest provider of outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging and rehabilitative healthcare services, operating facilities nationwide and abroad. During his time with HealthSouth, Luetkemeyer served in many capacities both at the local and corporate levels. Luetkemeyer was responsible for mergers and acquisitions during the dramatic growth of the corporation as well as assessment and due diligence of acquisition prospects. During his time with Healthsouth the company grew from 56 locations to over 3,000 worldwide in a six year span. Luetkemeyer has experience with MSO’s, MSA’s, IPA’s and ACO’s. All models promote a scalable solution and put the leverage back into the hands of the physicians who participate or the stakeholders that own the company.
